Our services are available to adults over the age of 18 who are resident in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, unless a specific programme states otherwise.
You must provide accurate and complete information during intake. Providing false or misleading health information may result in refusal or discontinuation of services.
Consultations, diagnostics, and programmes are booked through the website or by agreement with our team. Fees are quoted in writing before any charge is made. Treatments are itemised separately from consultations and diagnostics.
Payment terms, cancellation windows, and refund conditions for each programme are provided at the point of booking. Annual concierge memberships require written notice to cancel as described in your programme agreement.
