Method

A measurement-led method, from first enquiry to your first protocol.

Four steps, each run by a licensed EU physician. Nothing prescribed before it's measured, nothing renewed before it's reviewed. This is how Vitruvia Clinic actually works, start to finish.

01Step 1

Book Online

You reserve your intake through a short online form. No triage calls, no sales gatekeeping. A concierge coordinator confirms scheduling within one business day and, where relevant, matches you to your nearest EU partner clinic.

You'll receive a secure intake link to complete before the consultation: medical history, current medications, goals, and any prior diagnostic work you'd like your physician to review.

02Step 2

Health Assessment

Your assigned physician runs a structured 45 to 60 minute assessment by video: medical history, symptoms, family history, current performance metrics, and the outcomes you're actually trying to move.

The output of this stage is a diagnostic plan: which biomarker panels, which imaging (if any), and any wearable or continuous glucose data your physician wants to see before prescribing anything.

03Step 3

Diagnostic Tests

Vitruvia Clinic coordinates your blood draw and any imaging at your nearest vetted EU partner clinic. Standard bloodwork covers 300+ markers across endocrine, metabolic, inflammatory, cardiovascular, and nutrient status.

Results typically return in 5 to 7 days. Wearable data and continuous glucose monitoring, where applicable, sync into your patient record for your physician's review alongside the bloodwork.

04Step 4

Consultation & Plan

Your physician walks you through every finding in a dedicated results consultation: what's within reference, what isn't, and what actually matters given your goals and history.

You leave with a written protocol: what's being prescribed, why, how it's dispensed, and when you'll be re-measured. Everything is scheduled and coordinated by your Vitruvia Clinic care team from that point forward.
